Greetings! Welcome to Visions and Explorations. I am a professional musician and music teacher living in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. For thirty years I've been a member of Voice of the Turtle, a quartet specializing in the folk music of the Spanish Jews. During those 30 years I have also directed Northern Harmony, an a cappella chorus, and performed extensively in the schools throughout Massachusetts and New England with a trio called Promised Land. I enjoy working with children and have an active Suzuki guitar program at the Suzuki School of Newton and the Powers Music School.

My serious interest in photography dates from the summer of 1989 when I took my brother's hand-me-down Konica to Montana. Since then I've gotten hooked on Utah wilderness, and photography of all sorts. I was a computer-phobe until I got my first Mac. Since then, I've gotten into web design and the digital darkroom. But seriously— get outdoors and enjoy nature! Peace.

Thanks, and come back again! Comments? E-mail me.
